Create housing and support for families in early recovery

The affordable housing crisis and substance use have risen during COVID. There are many single families who are making the first step in their recovery by going to inpatient treatment. Project Patchwork is the safe place for these families to land after treatment. We will give families six months of housing, case management, and referrals to the community. This allows them to create a safe and stable life for thier families.
