Piecing together a community of support for those in recovery by providing housing, stability, and services.

Project Patchwork is a transitional housing program for single parents in early recovery from substance abuse and their children. Our families typically live with us for about 6 months and during that time we provide individualized case management and peer support to each client on their journey toward building self-sufficiency.

This usually looks like:

  • Referrals to outpatient treatment and peer support
  • Attending community support meetings
  • Navigating DHS to get cases closed
  • Engaging in consistent mental & physical healthcare
  • Searching for and enrolling in daycare
  • Searching for and acquiring employment
  • Transitioning into permanent housing

The nonprofit was featured in an article published by the Willamette Week, and is a shining example of the work they do: Eight Moms, One House, and a Road Map Out of Drug Addiction
